This workshop examines human sexuality as a lifelong developmental process, framed through the biopsychosocial model. Participants will explore how sexuality evolves from childhood curiosity and identity formation through adolescence, adulthood, and later life. Special emphasis will be given to cultural influences, consent, and the ways relational and biological changes shape sexual expression across the lifespan. Case studies and group discussions will provide opportunities to apply concepts to clinical practice.
